Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Shift: Monday - Friday : flexible start time

Job Role of the Manufacturing Engineer

Day to day you will work closely with engineering, operations and quality teams to troubleshoot issues on packaging machinery, support processes and ensure production runs smoothly within strict regulatory standards.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer

• Engineering qualification
• Multi skilled experience within a factory
• Hands-on experience supporting production or packaging equipment within an industrial manufacturing environment.

Requirements for the Manufacturing Engineer

• Engineering experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
•  Multi-skilled engineering background (mechanical, electrical or manufacturing engineering).
• Experience troubleshooting production or packaging machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering and production teams.
• Comfortable working with systems, data and documentation in a regulated environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Manufacturing Engineer

• Experience working within highly regulated environments.
•  Exposure to packaging lines or automation systems
•  Experience supporting continuous improvement or engineering projects within manufacturing.
• Understanding of working within regulated processes and documentation requirements.
