This role combines hands-on technical expertise with analytical problem-solving to support production, improve throughout and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Extrusion Process Engineer plays a key role in developing, optimising, and maintaining extrusion processes to ensure consistent product quality, high operational efficiency and safe manufacturing performance

Sector - Factory Maintenance

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Senior Extrusion Process Engineer

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science
• Experience with process troubleshooting, data analysis, and root-cause investigation.
• Previous experience working in extrusion

Desirable Requirements for the Senior Extrusion Process Engineer

• Experience working within the UK manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Experience in plastics, rubber or metal extrusion
