Shift: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00, Friday 08:00 – 13:30

Job Role of the CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machining precision components using a range of CNC machinery, carrying out programming, setting, and operating duties while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work within a busy workshop environment as part of a proactive engineering team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and technical development.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the CNC Machinist

• CNC machining experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

• Experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a busy workshop.

Desirable Requirements for the CNC Machinist

• Experience working within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Ambition to develop technical skills and progress within the business.
