Job Title: Operations Team Leader (Mobile Plant)

Salary: £40,000 + Overtime
Shift: Full-Time | Permanent
Job Role of the Operations Team Leader
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Operations Team Leader to join a busy industrial facility in Cleveleys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, operational performance, and team development.
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of site operations. This includes a mix of hands-on duties and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the safe and efficient use of mobile plant while supporting and developing your team.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Operations Team Leader
• Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proven hands-on experience operating mobile plant machinery
• Full UK Driving Licence
Requirements for the Operations Team Leader
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage daily operations while maintaining high safety standards
Desirable Requirements for the Operations Team Leader
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Experience within a heavy industrial or plant-based environment
