Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a fast-paced FMCG environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on engineer to join our team in Corby, supporting high-speed production lines and helping us keep operations running smoothly 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on a range of production and packaging equipment

   

• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime

   

• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

   

• Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment runs at optimal efficiency

   

• Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems

   

About You:

• Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)

   

• Proven experience within an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment

   

• Strong fault-finding skills on PLCs, conveyors, and automated systems

   

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities

   

• Willingness to work Panama shifts (days & nights)
