Job Title - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location - Gloucestershire

Salary - Up to £42,000

Shift - Mon - Fri - Double Days

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy industrial manufacturing site. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.

Working within a varied environment, you will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of high-speed production and packaging machinery. You will respond to breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives to maximise site efficiency and minimise downtime.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

  Recognised electrical qualification

   

• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory environment.

   

Essential Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.

   

• Electrical qualification.

   

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

   

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.

   

• Experience working with PLCs, ideally with the ability to fault-find using inputs and outputs.
