We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer who is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a modern, high-volume FMCG production site in Telford. This is a great opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, plant, and future growth.

The Role

Working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll be responsible for a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out PPM on automated manufacturing and packaging machinery

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding in a time-critical production environment

• Responding effectively to breakdowns to minimise downtime

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, offering a strong balance between work and time off.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Background within FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
