We are working with a well-established and expanding FMCG manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume production site in Pwllheli. The Role

Operating in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll be responsible for a mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging machinery

• Fault-finding and responding effectively to breakdowns in a time-critical environment

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working closely with production teams to maintain safety, quality, and output standards

This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights, offering excellent work–life balance across the rota.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled)

• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments

• Strong fault-finding ability and proactive maintenance approach

• Reliable, flexible, and motivated to grow within a stable organisation
