Are you an experienced Process Mainenance Manager with a passion for innovation, reliability, and developing people? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to drive process improvement and engineering excellence at our modern manufacturing site commutable to Bristol In this key leadership position, you’ll manage process engineering and improvement activities, coaching and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver best-in-class performance. You’ll also lead the process maintenance team, applying technical insight to enhance manufacturing capability and introduce new technologies. You’ll play a central role in shaping their engineering strategy — from developing best practices and reliability-focused maintenance systems, to supporting major capital projects that drive our future growth
Skills required for the Process Maintenance Manager:
- Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent training in multiple engineering disciplines
- HND or degree-level qualification in an Engineering discipline.
- Proven leadership experience managing an engineering teams.
- Background in working with automated systems within an FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of enhanced asset care and reliability principles.
