We are working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a modern, high-volume production site in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position within a business that values its engineers and invests in people, equipment, and continuous improvement.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll be responsible for a mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out planned maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment

Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical production environment

Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards
This role operates Monday to Friday, days only (8:00am – 4:30pm), offering routine hours and an excellent work–life balance.
What We’re Looking For

Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled)

Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments

Strong fault-finding capability and a proactive maintenance mindset
