Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Shift: Days (Monday to Friday) 

Location: Minffordd, Gwynedd

We're looking for an experienced Reliability Manager to lead our site's reliability and maintenance strategy, ensuring high equipment uptime while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. This is a key leadership role with real influence over performance, cost, and continuous improvement.

Skills required for the Reliability Manager:

• Proven experience in maintenance or reliability management 
• Manufacturing Background 
• HNC Qualification or higher 
• Strong electrical or mechanical skills
