Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (35 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our equipment and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth operations across the facility. This is a day-shift role offering excellent work-life balance with a 35-hour week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery

   

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively

   

• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime

   

• Contribute to ongoing improvement projects and support equipment upgrades

   

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Mechanical Engineer (HNC/HND or equivalent experience)

   

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

   

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

   

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving setting

   

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety and quality
