Location: Stainforth, Doncaster

Salary: £53,000 - £59,000

I'm working with a fast-paced, growing manufacturer looking to recruit an Engineering Team Leader to join their engineering team.

In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to keep production running efficiently. You'll provide technical support, coordinate daily engineering activities, drive continuous improvement projects, and work closely with production to minimise downtime and maximise performance.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Leader

• Engineering leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical & electrical skills.
• Manufacturing background.
• Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• PPM and fault-finding experience.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader

• Continuous improvement experience (Lean/CI).
• PLC fault-finding knowledge.
• CMMS experience.
• IOSH or leadership training.
• Multi-skilled engineering background.
