Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Hatfield, Doncaster

Salary: £49,000 - £53,000

I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding producer looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineers to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reliably. You'll also support continuous improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and equipment installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Either Mechanical or Electrical Background
• Engineering Qualification
• Manufacturing/ Factory Background

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Strong either mechanical or electrical skills
• Fault-Finding experience
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Worked on pneumatics systems

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Experience with working with belts, bearings, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, chains, pumps, hydraulics.
• Experience working within a production environment
• Can do attitude and driven
• Proactive mindset
