SITE SERVICES AND UTILITIES MANAGER

Salary: £55,000 (Dependent on Experience)

First Milk are currently seeking a Site Services and Utilities Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria.

This role is an amazing opportunity for someone with a solid technical background and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving forward the innovation in food production processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Site Services team, promoting a positive, high-performance culture.

Manage site utilities and facilities, ensuring compliance, uptime, and efficiency.

Deliver improvements and cost savings through projects, energy reduction, and best practice.

Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards and legislation.

Experienced in training staff and implementing new equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in managing planned preventative maintenance schedules.

Experience within the Utilities Department
