Production Team Leader 

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Nantwich, Cheshire 

Shift: Monday to Friday 

We are now seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Team Leader to join our growing team and ensure smooth and efficient operations within the production facility. We are a forward-thinking organisation that recovers surplus materials from food manufacturers, distributors and retailers, transforming them into nutritionally balanced, high-performance animal feed ingredients. Our products are environmentally friendly, cost effective, and help increase productivity across the farming and agricultural industry. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of production staff
• Assist with the milling of raw materials
• Oversee blending processes to ensure products are mixed to the correct specification
• Carry out quality checks on finished product to maintain high standards
• Support operational efficiency and maintain strict safety procedures

Skills Required for the Production Team Leader:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience 
• Experience within production, warehouse, farming, or agricultural environments
• Willingness to work hands-on alongside the team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
