We’re looking for a driven and organised Stores Co-Ordinator to take ownership of engineering stores across two busy manufacturing sites. This is a brand-new role, created to bring structure, organisation, and efficiency to the stores function.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking charge of engineering stores across both the paper mill and converting site

• Implementing structure and organisation, ensuring storage areas and cupboards are well maintained

• Using SAP (purchasing) and Shire CMMS to manage and control stock

• Reviewing and refreshing suppliers, negotiating better deals where possible

• Introducing improvements such as min/max stock levels and supplier management

• Driving a proactive, rather than reactive, stores function

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in stores management, ideally within a manufacturing environment

• A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent organisational skills

• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams

• Confidence in negotiating with suppliers

• Health & Safety awareness and a good understanding of 5S principles

What’s On Offer

• Salary: £30,000 per year

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-min lunch)
