One of our best clients are currently seeking an Interim Site Engineering Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria. This role is an amazing opportunity for someone with a solid technical background and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving forward the innovation in food production processes.

As the Interim Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and equipment comply with Health and Safety standards. You'll oversee a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance program and ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment. Developing and leading your team, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to health and safety policies.

Skills required for the Interim Site Engineering Manager:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the FMCG manufacturing or related sector.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards and legislation.

Skilled in external contractor management and compliance with legal standards.
