Location: Clacton-on-Sea 

I am recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join an established industrial plant, responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. You must be happy to work 5 over 7 days in the week

Skills required for Maintenance Manager:

• Man-management skills required (Team leader, supervisor, Engineering Manager & Maintenance Manager)
• Strong Technical engineering Skills
• Ability to communicate with all departments and at all levels
• Health & Safety Awareness
• Engineering Qualification
• Must be happy to work hands on (70%)
