Senior Engineer - Days!

Salary: £ 48,000 - £51,000

Shift: Mon-Fri Days!

Location: Bath, Somerset

I am recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Engineer with a mechanical bias and strong compliance experience to join our engineering team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of plant equipment through both proactive and reactive maintenance. In addition to hands-on technical responsibilities, the Senior Engineer will play a key role in maintaining compliance documentation and supporting audit readiness.

Skills required for Senior Engineer:

• Proven experience in a senior maintenance or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Demonstrated experience with compliance and audit preparation in a maintenance or engineering context.
• Proficient in CMMS platforms and documentation systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.
