Salary: £51,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days

We're seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG environment in Market Drayton. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement solutions to prevent equipment failures

   

• Develop and deliver proactive maintenance strategies, including condition monitoring and predictive maintenance

   

• Analyse equipment performance data and reliability trends

   

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimise downtime and optimise asset performance

   

• Drive continuous improvement projects to support site OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets

   

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment

   

• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, CMMS systems, and maintenance best practices

   

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

   

• Self-motivated and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills

   

• Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
