Shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm

We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team and support the smooth running of our production operations. We have are leading manufacture working the food and FMCG industry and looking for maintenance engineers with similar experience and background

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned and predictive maintenance across all production lines and process areas
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives using tools such as TPM, RCM, FMECA, 5S, and Kaizen
• Identify and implement improvements to achieve high standards in OEE, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Quality
• Optimise equipment by addressing both chronic and sporadic issues to reduce downtime and waste
• Train and support production operators in first-line maintenance and basic problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and procedures

What We’re Looking For in a maintenance engineer:

• Recognised engineering qualification
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (ideally food or FMCG)
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: £37,000 – £44,000
• Fixed rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
