Office Administrator (Part Time)

Are you a perfectionist who likes getting things done, with an eye for detail, and are looking for a varied role?

If so, then join us as a Office Administrator where you would play a crucial role in supporting operational processes, and providing support to ensure that the team can function to its maximum productivity.


About Us

We are a well-established engineering recruitment consultancy based in Borehamwood, experiencing year on year success. Due to investment in our infrastructure, we are looking for a keen and proactive individual to join our busy office. Some of the tasks will include but not be limited to;


  • Greeting company visitors and takiing receipt of deliveries and ensuring that these are allocated to the correct person.
  • Assisting the Learning and Development Team in ensuring that training materials are checked for errors and printed.
  • Arranging meeting rooms when required.
  • Assisting the Talent and Acquisition team in administrative tasks associated with interviewing, setting up new starters, providing statistical data for the company etc.
  • Arranging and facilitating office events such as; fundraising activities, awareness days etc.
  • Maintaining the function of the office, e.g. ordering stationery supplies, ensuring that office equipment is working.
  • Monitoring the company inbox daily and responding to emails.
  • Creating 14-day letters to send to clients who have outstandin invoices.
