Salary: £50,000

Location: Bamber Bridge, Lancashire

My Client is now recruiting for an experienced Senior Production Manager to join an ever growing production department. As a Senior Production Manager you will be playing a key role within the business, managing the large skilled team including managing the Shift Managers. The role will be day based so you will have access to all your teams during each day. The Senior Production Manager is a very important role for the business and the responsibilites include managing people, Budgets, Production, Health & Safety and Quality. The ideal Production Manager will be highly qualified and will have extensive experience in FMCG manufacturing.

Skills required for a Senior Production Manager:

• Previous Experience as a Senior Production Manager
• FMCG Background
• Health and Safety Knowledge
• Strong People Management Skills
