I am currently recruiting for a Plant Technician/Operator to join a large industrial plant in Luton. This is a great opportunity for a operator/operative who is looking to join a growing and well-established company in their market. This is a great opportunity for an operative looking to join a large, global company with sites all across the UK. As the Operative you will receive tailored training to help you with the role and you will get the chance to continue to grow and develop, both internal and external, as well as working on first line maintenance (PPM & Reactive maintenance)

Skills required for the Plant Technician/Operator

• Experience working as a Plant Operative/ Operator/Plant Technician is desirable
• Experience with QA, computer controls, work efficiently in order to meet production targets, H&S, cleaning down machines etc
• Strong IT Skills
• Must be flexible to get hands on in the yard, and be office based.
• Experience working in an industrial environment- Cement- Brick- Recycling- Mining- Industrial Manufacturing - Asphalt- Automotive
• Monday- Friday 6am-3pm, Saturday morning, every other Sunday morning
• Happy to maintain the site
• PPM & reactive maintenance
• Experience operating process plant computer
• Must be motivated and driven to learn
