Mechanical Fitter (Days) 35 HOUR WEEK 

Salary:  £31,000 - £32,000 

GUARENTEED OVERTIME AVAILABLE UP TO 15 HOUR PER WEEK- 

Location: Southampton

My client who is part of a larger organisation are looking for a Mechanical fitter to work in their Workshop from their site in Southampton,  on a Monday - Friday Days Basis. Maintaining, servicing and repairing pumps, gearboxes and motors. This is a fantastic opportunity for Mechanical fitters / Mechanical Engineers to join a business with huge financial backing and a secure future.

The mechanical fitter must hold a drivers license as you may on occasion be asked to go to local clients sites. 

Skills required for a Maintenance engineer:

• Have a Mechanical Engineering background, my client will look at candidates from a variety of backgrounds including Military, Field Service, Manufacturing and Aviation.
• Must have experience working on pumps, gearboxes and motors in a previous position.
• Be able to work as part of a team or individually.
• Hold a drivers license
