Engineering Supervisor 

Salary: £34,000 - £35,000

We are recruting an Engineering Supervisor for one of our key clients. The Company is a large Heavy Engineering firm with sites all over the UK, this manufacturing company supply to various industires with world wide connections.

The role for the new Engineering Supervisor will have a hands on aspect as any managers role within this company would be, so as well as getting stuck in with the team in reacting to breakdowns and carry out pre-planned maintenance in accordance with the schedules you will have office duties as well. This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills who is able to lead a team as an Engineering Supervisor.

Previously the new Engineering Supervisor will have experience in writing PPM schedules and making sure they are adhered to, you will help new staff feel welcomed and help train them on the machinery once you're up to speed. This is a good opportunity for someone who would like to become an Engineering Manager with Leadership skills already. 

You will work closely with the Engineering Manager.

Skills required for Engineering Supervisor:

• Hands on skills 
• Open to background, heavy industry preferred due to the nature of the role.
