2020 is my 34th year in the recruitment industry and over those years I have worked my way up from trainee consultant to being CEO/MD of large global recruitment companies. My career has been a series of great adventures including the set up of the recruitment programme for the Olympics in Sydney 2000 , launching the first non government owned recruitment agency in China and most now working with an emerging market leader like Pioneer Selection. It's a huge privilege to share my experience with such a passionate and talented group of people! I am also committed to Disability Inclusion in the workplace and in 2018 co-founded The Ability People (TAP) to try and create 'Parity of Opportunity' for people with disability and impairment.
