At Pioneer Selection, we understand that an interview is very much a two-way process and that you are screening us as much as we are screening you.

This comprises of a competency based interview (don’t worry this won’t be based on recruitment as 98% of our consultants have never had experience in the industry). This is where we draw on the experiences you have had in your life and career so far which relate to our core values, our Super Six.
We know that Pioneer Selection has a great work environment so we aim to show you this in the second interview. Following the competency based interview you will sit with a one of the teams and see what our consultants do day to day and ask them as many questions as you like. You can even give the role a go and try reaching a few clients on the phone.
The final part is a feedback meeting with one of the hiring managers where they would run through your observations and how we would see you fitting in with the business along with your training requirements.
We don’t hang around as we know potential when we see if so we aim to let you know the final decision with a day or two.
