The Recruitment Consultants role is fast paced and varied, as a guide a typical day would be as follows;
8:30am
The team get together to plan the day and discuss any vacancies that have been generated. This is a great forum to share our understanding of the market place, discuss the obstacles we face and share in any achievements.
9:15am
Time dedicated to Interviewing and Registering candidates, picking up new leads for clients or sourcing candidates using the main job boards and social media.
10:00am
Our Prime Selling time (PST) where we look to engage with new clients and develop existing relationships.
12:00pm
Time dedicated to Interviewing and Registering candidates, picking up new leads for clients or sourcing candidates using the main job boards and social media.
12:45pm Lunch time
1:45pm
The team get together to review the day so far, discuss any vacancies that have been generated and plan the rest of the afternoon.
2:00pm
Our Prime Selling time (PST) where we look to engage with new clients and develop existing relationships.
4:00pm
A great time to get the administration done e.g. sending interview confirmations.
4:30pm
Time dedicated to Interviewing and Registering candidates, picking up new leads for clients or sourcing candidates using the main job boards and social media.
5:30pm
Plan for the next day.
