Location: St Helen Way, Bishop Auckland, Durham, DL14 9AX
Shift: 2pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Mission
As Production Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring high standards in delivery, quality, and safety are consistently met.

Lead and inspire a team, promoting strong communication and collaboration

Monitor and achieve KPIs across production, quality, and efficiency

Ensure Health & Safety compliance and champion continuous improvement

Optimise staffing based on forecasts and budget constraints

Manage stock levels and report on key performance metrics

Coach and support team development through effective people management

Drive operational excellence using LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies

Proven leadership in a production, textiles, healthcare, or logistics environment

A confident communicator and decision-maker, who thrives under pressure

Experience in continuous improvement and team development

IOSH-qualified with strong Health & Safety knowledge

Strong literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail

Practical, humble, and driven to make a difference

Ideally educated to degree level or with equivalent experience
