Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum + Overtime 
Shift Pattern:

• Sunday: 18:00 – 02:30
• Monday: 16:00 – 02:00
• Tuesday: 14:30 – 02:00
• Wednesday: 16:00 – 02:00

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Print Assistant Team Leader to join our team in Weymouth on a permanent late shift. In this hands-on role, you will support the team in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee web offset printing machinery.
• Support and lead the team to meet production and quality objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and production output.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in web offset printing is essential.
• Hands-on background as an offset printer, press technician, or in gravure manufacturing.
• Experience working with Man Roland printers is highly desirable.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership support.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
