As a Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical Bias, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. This hands-on position will see you performing planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults, and working on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment reliability. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards while contributing to a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally in an FMCG or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Electrical qualifications
• Ideally have knowledge of PLC fault-finding and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
