About the Role

As a Slitter Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production by operating slitting machines efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Slitting Machine to ensure optimal production.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the shift.
• Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Proficient in English (Entry Level 3 or above).
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
