Shift: Days Mon-Fri

Location: Occold, Suffolk

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background to take charge of a skilled team and drive performance across the site. As the Maintenance Manager, you will report to the Engineering Manager and oversee the engineering team and your role will involve a blend of office-based responsibilities and hands-on work.

Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:

• Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering management role, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with a multi-skilled background being advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and modern manufacturing practices
