Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off days

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Team Leader to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will support the CPM Supervisor in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail room. Your leadership will drive key performance metrics including safety, quality, people, delivery, and cost, while ensuring all production processes adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee line KPI performance, ensuring compliance with company PPE, equipment safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage, report, and investigate any accidents or near misses, supporting corrective actions.
• Ensure the team delivers products meeting customer specifications with optimal yield and minimal waste.
• Monitor and manage raw materials, staffing, and equipment for efficient line startups and shutdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain excellent GMP standards and actively support internal and external audits.
