Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on production equipment, minimising downtime.
• Work on a variety of machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, belts, bearings, and chains.
• Support the continuous improvement of machinery and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.

Skills Required for Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Mechanical Engineering Qualification
• A problem-solver with a hands-on approach to equipment maintenance and repair.
• Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
