Salary: £29,000 - £30,600

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA forklift licence? We’re looking for a proactive and safety-conscious individual to join our team in Duxford and help us maintain efficient operations in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Offload and store raw materials safely, maximising efficiency and minimising damage.
• Supply Chain Support: Pick and deliver raw materials and packaging to meet production schedules while upholding quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Collect and store finished products to ensure seamless workflow.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklift trucks and palletisers safely and accurately, spending 60-70% of your time on this equipment.
• Safety Advocacy: Maintain a safe working environment, report incidents, and act as a safety role model.
• Dispatch Execution: Work with Plant Transport coordinators to deliver the dispatch plan and achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.
• Cycle Counting: Perform cycle counts to maintain pick accuracy and reduce risks to production.
• 5S Standards: Contribute to sustaining a ‘World Class’ approach to warehouse organisation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must hold a valid Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA forklift licence.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
