Salary: £57,000 - £72,000

Skills required for System Software Function AQE Manager:

• Degree in Engineering, with ASPICE provisional assessor certification (Competent Assessor preferred)
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within automotive embedded software
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work across cultures
• Proficiency in FMEA, audit methodologies, and problem-solving techniques
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 standards, functional safety, and cybersecurity

The System Software Function AQE Manager will benefit from:

• Leading and coaching a team of Software Quality Engineers spread across multiple global sites
• Collaborating with engineering teams on software/hardware integration and quality assurance
• Ensuring ASPICE, ISOTS16949, and ISO standards are rigorously applied
• Holding authority over production releases to guarantee quality standards are met
