Shift Pattern: Double Days (early and late shifts)

The Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. Working on a Double Days shift pattern, you'll handle both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, working closely with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Perform reactive maintenance as needed to address breakdowns promptly
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize maintenance schedules
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, using the CMMS for tracking

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (qualifications like NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
