4 on 4 off days and nights (12 hour shifts)

Salary: £58,300

OTE: £60,000+ 

Location: Enfield

We are currently recruiting for a Engineering Team Leader who is very hands on, multi-skilled and has the aspirations to progress and develop their career further. This large industrial manufacturing site is already home to an exceptional team of engineering personnel and the need for an Engineering Team Leader is vital  to the continued growth of this business. There will be further opportunities to progress and the Engineering Team Leader will have the added benefit of being hugely involved with the large scale projects that regularly take place, shaping the factories future growth.
The Engineering Team Leader will be required to work a 4on 4off days and nights shift pattern

Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:

• Previous experience in a factory
• The Engineering Team Leader MUST be Multi-skilled 
• The Engineering Team Leader will need to have a recognised engineering qualification.
• The Engineering Team Leader must have some knowledge of PLC's
• The Engineering Team Leader will need to be happy to work a 4on 4off days and nights shift pattern
