Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Days - Monday-Friday

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? Erodex is looking for a dynamic Production Planning Assistant to join our operations team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our production processes. This is the perfect position for a Production/Factory or Manufacturin Operative who is looking to progress as there is training from day 1 with a view to move somoene into a fuly fledged production planning position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning Support: Collaborate with our operations team to plan and optimize production workflows.
• Liaison: Serve as the bridge between Operators and the Junior Operations Manager, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to keep our operations running efficiently.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance data to help us continually improve our processes.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure we always have the materials we need.
