Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Propel your career forward by leading a skilled engineering team focusing on Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) and lean production.
  • You'll be instrumental in managing and optimising processes for chemical treatments and surface engineering—key to enhancing aircraft performance and durability.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams globally to implement innovative manufacturing solutions that meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Skills required for the Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

  • A seasoned professional with a degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in surface treatment processes such as Anodising, Conversion Coating, and Passivation.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ISO9000, AS9100 quality systems, and a strong track record in industrialisation and process improvement.
  • Leadership skills capable of nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative team environment.
