Salary: £40,000-£60,000

Monday to Friday - Days 

Location: Buckingham

We are currently recruiting for a UK leading FMCG manuacturing company in the Buckingham area who are looking for a Quality Manager. Our client is experiencing year on year growth due to the quality of the service they provide, which has allowed them to be able to increase the size of their engineering team. My client has 5 + sites in the UK, their site in Buckingham is their leading sites with state-of-the-art automated machinery, regular Mutli million-pound investment, tailored training programmes. Our client has gone through some structural changes and would like to bring in an experienced Quality manager with ability to provide quality assurance and management on production and focus on key aspects such as: team management, Driving KPIs, health and safety. 

Skills acquired to be an Quality Manager:

• The successful Quality Manager needs to have management and leadership experience
• The successful Quality Manager needs to be from a FMCG Manufacturing background
• The successful Quality Manager needs to come from a Quality background
