Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

My client based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a hands on Transport Team Manager to join their successful organisation. As the Transport Team Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all activity, driving the business forward by identifying and implementing improvements, ensuring the workforce is engaged and are performing to high standards.

Requirements:

• Must have leadership experience in a similar role
• Excellent management style
• Good understanding of reporting and recording statistics
• Be flexible with working hours to meet operational demand
