Technical Manager / Accreditation Manager – Inspection Industry

Salary: Basic from £45,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance, Benefits

Location:Tamworth, Staffordshire

A growing inspection consultancy are currently recruiting for Technical Manager / Accreditation Manager to join their team in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Responsible for driving the company towards UKAS Accreditation as well as managing, developing and having interaction with a team of Engineer Surveyors, this is a very exciting time to join this business.  

Skills required for an Technical / Accreditation Manager:

• Ideally, you will hold an HND or Degree (or Equivalent) in either Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine or Automotive Engineering.
• Have experience or worked on projects in order to gain UKAS Accreditation.
• Experience of managing and developing a team of Engineers.
• Have good knowledge and experience of the engineering industry.
• Ideally have some knowledge and understanding of all or LOLER, PSSR & PUWER regulations.
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence customers
• The ideal candidate must live within a 1-hour drive of their offices in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
