Talent Acquisition Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior recruitment professional looking to take their first step inhouse or an existing internal recruiter looking to take on more responsibility.
Overview of the Talent Acquisition Manager Role:
You would be a key member of the Leadership Team reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for supporting the operational business in attracting, proactively sourcing, assessing, and securing high calibre candidates.
Preferred experience:

Experienced a fast-moving relationship-based contingency recruitment environment.

Management experience.

Business development experience.

Experience working in a growing business environment.

Proven recruitment experience internally or externally.
Talent Acquisition Manager Package:
-
£30,000 - £40,000 basic salary + commission (£10,000 - £15,000 OTE).

25 days holiday + bank holidays rising with length of service.
