We are currently recruiting for a shift manager at our clients site in Northampton. With large investement into the plant ongoing this is a great time to join a fantastic manufacturer. As a Shift Manager you will have production staff, team leaders, operatives, warehouse staff andd distribution staff reporting into you. Our clients is known for its product quality and fantastic reputation. 

Skills required for the Shift Manager 

• Extensive management experience 
• Strong communiaction and motivational skills
• Experience liasing with production staff
• Comfortable managing health and safety
• A fast paced manufacturing background 
• must be able to demonstrate achievments and results from previous roles.
