We are currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Manager to join a UK leading logistics company. The Regional Manager will be joining an innovative market leader within the industry who can offer unlimited progression and technical development. The Regional Manager will be responsible for 10 - 15 fully automated facilities and will be responsible for the overall performance of these allocated sites. Each site has a dedicated site manager who you will be working with closely in order to make sure the sites are performing to their full tential. This role will offer flexability with regards to hours and the location of the successful candidate but will also require the same amount of flexability in return. For example there is a lot of travel incuded with the role as one day could have you at a site up north and the next day at a site in London. You will generally only spend 1 - 3 days at a time with each site so although some stay away would be required this will not be all of the time.  This really is a great oppurtunity for an experienced Regional Manager to take the next step within their career by joining a number one player within the market so do not delay in applying! Skills required for Regional Manager

• Excellent Man management skills
• Proven management experience within multiple sites.
• A distribution / Aurtomated Warehousing background 
• Experience managing managers
