Salary: £25,500 (BASE) + £10,000-£12,000 OTE

Location: Cottenham, Cambridge

We are currently recruiting for an industrial heavy manufacturing company in the Cottenham, Cambridge area who are looking for a Production Operative. My client is a leader within their sector and are looking to add valuable production staff to their team, asap. From the moment you step onto site it is evident that the company oozes engineering quality. You will get the opportunity to work within a highly skilled team that set high standards and are willing to support new staff. The business is in the process of expanding its manufacturing site and growing the business.

Skills acquired to be a Production operative:

• The successful production operative will need to be from a production background
• The successful production operative will need to be from any industrial, manufacturing, or commercial b/g

The production operative will benefit from:
